About the Press

The Digital Repository for Indian Scholarly Texts & Information (DRISTI) is a National Academic Portal established by the Centre for Development of Intellectual Property and Research (CDIPR) and the Community for Academic Research and Development (CARD). Conceived as a comprehensive digital knowledge infrastructure, DRISTI is dedicated to hosting, preserving, disseminating and promoting high-quality scholarly research originating from India across diverse academic disciplines.

In an increasingly digital research ecosystem, DRISTI addresses the growing need for a centralized, institutionally reliable and internationally compliant platform that enables academic journals, research articles, thematic publications and scholarly outputs to achieve greater accessibility, visibility and long-term preservation. Our Publishing Platform

DRISTI Portal is powered by the internationally recognised Open Monograph Press (OMP) developed by the Public Knowledge Project (PKP). OMP is a comprehensive open-source publishing platform designed for the management, publication and dissemination of scholarly books, edited volumes, conference proceedings, thematic publications and academic series. Through this robust digital infrastructure, DRISTI enables institutions, publishers and editorial teams to efficiently manage every stage of scholarly publishing on a secure, scalable and internationally compliant platform.
